Shipping policy
One off orders and Aotea deliveries:
All orders are processed and shipped/delivered on Mondays. You should expect to have your tasty beans with 5-7 working days from delivery.
Subscriptions:
Your subscription beans will be sent monthly around the corresponding date of your original purchase. Ie if your initial purchase was on the 20th of the month, you should expect your next shipment about the 20th of the next month.
NOTE: Due to the remote location of our roastery, shipping can sometimes be delayed due to weather. As our coffee beans are flown off the island or sailed over by boat, we have no control over when these sailings are cancelled. Your beans will be shipped on the next available sailing.
